I actually haven't had any sugar for a month. I did no starches and no sugar just as a form of detoxification and now when I taste any sort of dessert just makes me feel sick because it tastes like it has too much sugar yet before I used to munch anything on sight. The bonus is I got to lose eight pounds which is great.
